Joshua, radio loans are complicated to coordinate, don't always work out like you think, and represent a risk for both parties involved. Not everyone is interested.
Further, as I said, it's not just access to the radio, it's nights and weekends away from family. There are SO MANY models being churned out by the chinese companies these days that developers have to decide when and where to spend their precious time. It's hard to justify spending nights and weekends working on a radio driver for a radio you're going to mail back to the original owner. You might have better luck offering to buy a developer a radio, but very (very) few people are willing to do that. The developer is going to spend way more than $150 worth of their time writing the driver.
William, I'm not trying to be negative at all, I really appreciate the interest and especially the willingness to help get it done. I hope you can understand that it gets frustrating when people open a request, marked urgent, ask it to be added (as if it's nothing or that we get paid to do this) and then say "I don't know why it's not being added". Sometimes I think people assume that adding a radio to chirp is as easy as adding it to a word document :)
If you're willing to buy a radio for someone, I'll be glad to socialize that around to see if anyone is interested in that very generous offer.
