Description

I went to download the channels from my K5 Plus

I expected it to download

it failed to read the radio. I ensured the cable was working with another radio and it worked.

This is a new readio using the lastest version of CHRIP.

Your debug log shows zero response at all from the radio. Looks like you chose COM1, and that looks like it's a physical serial port on your computer (which might not even exist). You have multiple other devices, including at least one USB-serial adapter, which is much more likely to be the thing you're looking for. Are you using a USB cable? If so, please use the "Help me..." option under port if you're not sure which one to choose.
