Description

(Describe what you were doing) Trying to open a downloaded file. After upload to computer.

(Describe what you expected to happen) I expected to be able to open the file.

(Describe what actually happened instead) I get a message telling me the file is corrupt . Other times a message telling me it can't mount the file.

(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?) No it has never worked. It has always had these messages.
