The CSV file is intended to be used for only the settings that are common amongst most radios. The Scanlists setting is not one of these settings.

It is CHIRP's native IMG file that is used to store the full range of settings for a particular radio model.

Is there another way to import those extra columns when you have a large list? If not, please consider adding a way to import features that are model specific. manually editing works for small lists but when you get into hundreds of channels it’s too time consuming.

Yep, Jim is right. CSV is the interchange format, the "lowest common denominator". You can import (or copy/paste) from a UV-K5 image to get channels from one radio into others, and doing it that way will copy across the radio-specific settings you're looking for. File->Import works from a .img file, and/or you can just open it and copy/paste from your reference image tab into the tab for another radio. That's what you're looking for right?

I don't already have a UV-K5 radio with the frequencies in them, I have a CSV file.

You know you can set these values for any number of memories at once right? Like if the first 50 memories need to be in one set of scanlist configs you can select all those rows, edit properties on them, change the scanlists and it will apply just that change to all of them at once.

Ok, I can make that work. I thought it would update all the extra settings instead of only the one I make a change to. Thank you.
