Description

Hi chirp-devs,

I would like try and add support for the ICom IC-M710.

It can be programmed using the ICOM programming utility known as "EX1726". I have attached the stock ICF image and readme file from the programming utility.

Can anyone verify if the image or utility look similar to anything currently supported or being worked on?
