This is typical such a thing you need to know...
The 3 power levels will this mean i have also the 10 watt?
I am brand new in the porto world that is the reason i ordered this one, that way i can learn a bit.

If i use the BF-F8HP i get wrong model selected.
Im some tests the power was mesured as 4watt. There are some bad reviews on this model :-(

The only thing that you can be sure of is that menu 2 (TXP) will have 2 (HIGH|LOW) choices or 3 (HIGH|MID\LOW) selections. A few Baofeng and Baofeng like radio dealers seem to have no issue with overstating the battery capacity and/or transmit power output of these radios. For example the 1800 mAh stock UV-82 battery has always been marked 2800 mAh since the introduction of the radio. UV-5R like and UV-82 like radios (Including the UV-10R) with 2 power levels will typically be 4-5 watts or less and with 3 power levels will typically be 7-8 watts or less at the HIGH power setting. You will not know for sure without measuring it with a power meter and dummy load.

How many TXP choices does your radio have (2 or 3)?

Also attach a debug.log if you can.

Based on what is also published on the uv10r it seems it is for chirp a uv5r , other modes do not work, programming as a uv5r works ok. Also based on the documentation i cant find any info about 6 or 8 watt, and the test in a youtube movie shows 4 watt.

This radio can be managed by CHIRP as a Radioddity GA510.

Correct. If it is the model pictured on the Amazon link that you provided. But it may not be true if it is either of the UV-10R radio models as shown in the pictures that I provided. This is not the first time that Baofeng (the radio manufacturer in China) has used the same model name on completely different radio models. Unfortunately, in this case it appears to be at least 3 different models with the same UV-10R designation. :(
