Description
Tried the install as instructed, unable to find one of the files. Any ideas?

You can't "install as instructed" on Linux Mint 20 or any other Ubuntu like distributions that no longer support Python2 and other CHIRP dependencies. Try using the 'flatpak' version of CHIRP.

There is a YouTube video called "Install Chirp on Ubuntu 20.04" that worked for me on Linux Mint 20. I expect it would also work for you.
I first attempted to install the Flatpak, but received errors when I tried it.
I didn't have any luck there, but following the YouTube video worked for me.
