CHIRP not recognizing CVS files

Description
Trying to program a Yaesu VX-8R. I have entered all data in a spreadsheet and saved as a CVS, but CHIRP does not recognize the file format. I created a CVS from both Numbers and Open Office (both on a MacBook Proj).
- Status changed from New to Incomplete
- Platform changed from Windows to MacOS
The CSV needs to be in a very specific format, you can't just take data and fill it into a spreadsheet, make a CSV from it, and feed that into Chip. You can export a CSV from a radio image to see how it needs to look like, and you could review the Wiki article CSV HowTo. - Let us know whether this input helps.

I did read that Wiki article. I have been using CHIRP to program my radios for several years. I created the CSV from the radio image, input the data, as I have done on my other radios with no problem. But In this case, CHIRP does not recognize the CSV format.
I’m using a MacBook Pro, editing the CSV using the Numbers application. When CHIRP would not recognize the file, I tried editing the CSV using Open Office, but get the same result.
Download from your radio to create a tab that is compatible with it. If it doesn't have some already, add some channels (manually, RepeaterBook, stock config file, etc). Export the channels to a CSV file. Use this CSV file as the template for how you must format your externally created CSV file.

That's EXACTLY what I did.
Don't know what changed between last nightand this morning, but now everything works, CHIRP recognizes the CSV file, and the radio is progammed.
I've used both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet to successfully produce such CSV files (in fact, our emergency communications group heavily relies on a CHIRP / Google Sheet combination for a great variety of radios). Can you share the CSV giving you grief?
