Not sure if this is ok to post here but I have run out of options.

Got a Leixen VV-898s with its accompanying power supply.
On power on, I get a reading of 13.7v to 13.8v, which is ok. Radio Works perfectly.

Issue is when I plug in a 6 ampere 13.8 regulated power supply (ZEBRA), the radio reports 15.1volts or 15 volts on power on. And it stays there (15voltes) when checking the voltage on the radio after a few minutes via one of the pre-programmed keys.

Checked the power supply and test show a constant 13.8v. Also, I have been using this power supply with other radios too with no issue.

The fact that the radio reports 15volts of power makes me hesitant to use it on the LEIXEN. Sent LEIXEN an email but not answer to date.
