Yaesu FT-65R. Screenshot shows grayed out tab when I try to click on Yaesu tab. I was able to download from radio, and the radio displayed "Clone OK" but I am unable to upload information to the radio...the option to upload is grayed out in the menu. Running macOS 10.15.6. Please advise. Thank you!

"Upload To Radio" will be greyed out when you have a "Generic CSV:" tab selected. You cannot upload a generic CSV tab/file into any radio models that use "clone mode" to download/upload the radio's channels and settings. Only tabs that are compatible with your radio (ones labeled "Yaesu FT-65R:" on the left) can be uploaded to your radio. If you select the "Yaesu FT-65R: (Untitled)*" tab, then the "Upload To Radio" choice will no longer be greyed out.

What you must do is transfer the data from the "Generic CSV:" tab to the "Yaesu FT-65R:" tab. There are several ways to do this. But before you do any of them, save the "Yaesu FT-65R: (Untitled)*" as a backup.

The most popular methods would be...

  1. Copy-and-paste the memory rows from the "Generic CSV:" tab to the desired locations in the "Yaesu FT-65R:" tab.
  2. Use "File" -> "Import" to import a saved copy of the "Generic CSV: Untitled.csv" tab into the "Yaesu FT-65R:" tab.

Once this process is completed, you will be able to upload the "Yaesu FT-65R: (Untitled)*" tab to your radio.
