AM-Narrow mode is not translated correctly

Description

In mode list, AM-N mode is marked as "??". Also, when imported, a channel with AM-N mode will be marked as "error" in list.

I used the 2820H model, but i guess mine is a modified E-version. Bought it second hand.

I don't know if it helps, but I attach my read out from the radio that is errornous. Look at channel 249, 274 for details.

updated driver for ic2820.py tested with python, could not build exe-file for tests, i guess i did not manage to install cygwin/py2exe correctly. Also updated tone-modes.
