Description

I just started using chirp today. I don't understand how to us it! I have some channels installed but when I get all my 2m channels in I try to install the 70cm but they over ride the previous one. I tried to save the first sheet like instructed, but I forgot and saved something else, and I lost all the first page. I need some help. How do I input NOAA to where it transmits, I am not sure if I have all the parameters in right.

I have a BF-8 8watt radio. Does anyone have copy of all the freq. and channels they can send me I am completely lost as to what to put in each topics. That is probably why I am having trouble trying to get NOAA and others to work! Please Help!
Thanks!
Again I am having trouble in trying to list 70cm and others. How do I get the two A/B channels to work.

Hi Darrell,

This isn't the proper place to ask for generic usage help, this is for reporting bugs. Asking for a list of "all the freq. and channels" also doesn't really make sense (nobody can send you a list of all frequencies in a sensible way) and NOAA (if you're talking about NWR) frequencies are not on 70cm.

I recommend you join your local ham club to get up to speed on some of these topics (they're not general chirp usage questions it sounds like). If you have specific questions about how to use chirp, then then proper outlet is the mailing list. Please see this page:

Thanks!
