CHIRP

The wife bought me a GT-3TP fr Christmas and I wanted to get it all programmed up.. First thing I learned is that the original software doesn't seenm to want to play well, found out about CHIRP. Looks like a pretty decent program whti being able to add repeaters by state and all those other bells and whistles.

My problem is with the Upload to radio part. I'm able to load up all the channels I want to use but, when I go to Upload to radio, no joy.

It looks like I might have deleted the initial file with the default channels that come with the radio and I don't really see any way to retrieve them.

Any help is greatly appreciated in getting this lil radio working. If I can figure it out, I'll be getting one for the wife as well. I'm an Extra Class and she's a General class but, she doesn't have any radios in her Jeep.
