Most probably the radio have not been put to clone please look at #717 for operation sequence

Sorry Marco, but not the same issue. The radio connects and uploads until it gets to block #34. Then it throws the error as shown ... "Failed to communicate with radio: Unable to read block 34 expected 142 got 0". Prior to that it was reading fine. The error occurs every time.

Problem Solved ...

I downloaded Version 0.3.1 , released on 7-April-2013 and found a selection I had not seen before. Under Yaesu there was a choice between FT857/897 US and FT857/897. The US version did not work. My radio is a Non "D" version and is open. One or the other was the issue apparently, and/or the new version fixed the issue, so if you have a non "D" version or your radio is open, try the FT857/897 selection. All is well and I am working on cloaning (2m 440) now to my FT-7800.

Now if we could get a version for Yaesu FT-51r.
