Description
A .csv file created with Apple's Numbers app are not recognized by CHIRP when Importing. There is no documentation on the file format (UTF-8? with CRLF?). It appears it is an issue of CR (Mac) vs CRLF (Windows). If I save an Apple Numbers .cvs file in a text editor and save it as UTF-8 with CRLF (no edits), the resulting file Imports without error.
