Description

Have just created a stock config for the Australian and New Zealand UHF CB Radio frequencies.

I have attached it to this ticket and welcome the Chirp project to include it in future releases, no attribution or whatever needed.

The telemetry channels are marked, emergency chan 5 exists twice as simplex and duplex.

Was probably a silly idea to use 8 character Chan names.
Have just realized the error of my ways and have included a version of the data with 6 character names.

I see there are still a few stock configs in chirp.
If a developer can drop one of these ready to go CSV's in it would be a great default addition to Chirp for Aussie users.
