Description
Am trying to download from radio with my FT 7900. Cable is showing as working on com port 12.
Connected to radio, but when I try to download from radio I just get error message "Failed to communicate with radio: Failed to read header (0)"
have tried on two different usb ports which = com 12 & 13 but get same message on both.
Any help please.

OK have sorted problem and used correct radio settings, working fine.
