CHIRP

Hi guys, I've had a go at creating an "All UK Repeater" stock repository. (as attached). I've copied it into the Stock_Configs folder (Windows, but not got it to work in Linux on a different pc yet).

Once its opened, I've tried exporting it again from CHIRP, saving it, all kinds of such simple stuff but still get the exact same error. I cant find any problem in the file using any text editor, so I must be missing something blindingly obvious.

Anyways, I've attached the file "UK Repeater List for CHIRP", and kindly request that you have a look at the error and also please add a "fixed" version of this to the standard install, alongside all the American ones you already have.

Not everyone has the repeaterbook, RF-finder etc. subscriptions!

As soon as I have a few hours, I will also create a file for the UK Marine VHF channels. I hope this is helpful for other users too.

It opens, but gives a strange error list. This is a short(!) cut-n-paste from the error message "244 errors during open":
