I read the instructions above:

Description

When specifying 0 mhz as a frequency, in most other programming software it interprets this as deleting a channel, but CHIRP will raise an error instead.

Two issues.

1) I think it would be nice to delete the channel if a 0 frequency is specified. This is especially true when trying to paste or import a series of frequencies from a list or CSV file. Chirp will fail whenever it hits an empty or "0" frequency.

2) With the Baofeng UV-5R, you can actually specify a 0mhz frequency into the radio to create a NULL channel. Having a NULL channel is useful when you want to prevent your radio from receiving any signals (and even the CHIRP software recommends tuning to a channel that won't receive signals as it reads or writes, though I know this isn't a requirement). So whenever I use CHIRP to read my radio with this NULL channel of 0.00000 MHz, CHIRP becomes unhappy with me.

I think it would be nice to disable this error message, and either allow NULL channels, or treat 0 as Delete, or somehow manage both.
