In CHIRP when you edit anything about a memory it has to construct the whole thing (and not just the name). The error you're getting is complaining about the frequency of the memory not being supported by the radio. As far as I can tell it's not a valid frequency for airband and that's why CHIRP is complaining. Even if the radio will let you type it in, it's very likely that the radio can't actually lock that frequency and thus is not correct. Where did you come up with 129.099890MHz?
