Description
(Describe what you were doing) Trying to add name
(Describe what you expected to happen)To save name
(Describe what actually happened instead) Getting invalid entry
(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?) It works fine any other time when adding name to other frequency

In CHIRP when you edit anything about a memory it has to construct the whole thing (and not just the name). The error you're getting is complaining about the frequency of the memory not being supported by the radio. As far as I can tell it's not a valid frequency for airband and that's why CHIRP is complaining. Even if the radio will let you type it in, it's very likely that the radio can't actually lock that frequency and thus is not correct. Where did you come up with 129.099890MHz?
