FAILED TO READ HEADER ERROR. TRIED USING VX-170 SETTING.

FIRST TIME USING CHIRP. FIRST TIME TRYING TO PROGRAM YAESU RADIOS. HAVE USB PROGRAMMING CABLE AND VIRTUAL PORT INSTALLED. USING A MAC OS.
I HAVE PROGRAMMED MY BAUFENG UV-5RM OK.
