Description
(Describe what you were doing)
Uploading memories file to radio (Programming). Followed the prcedure in the drop-down menu in the "Radio" tab.
(Describe what you expected to happen)
Radio programmed with desired frequencies in the specified channels.
(Describe what actually happened instead)
Got an error dialogue box saying computer and software cannot communicate with radio.
(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?)
This software has worked on other computers, and on a Baofeng uv-5r.
