Description

(Describe what you were doing)
Downloading frequencies from my IC-V80.
In chirp-next Version 20241108 everything works fine.
In new version the TX Inhibit field at column 15 is missing and the Duplex field doesn't register correctly

(Describe what you expected to happen)
I expected the duplex field to work with +, - or off for setting offset correctly

(Describe what actually happened instead)
The Duplex field shows as OFF instead of + or - for repeaters, and when I set it to + or - it inhibits TX.
When Duplex shows OFF it enables TX.
When Duplex shows + or - it inhibits TX.
Can't enable TX while having repeater offsets.
The TX Inhibit field has vanished.

(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?)
Everything works correctly in chirp-next version 20241108.
The new version does not work corretly and has this bug.
All of the versions I have since 20241108 don't work correctly, startign with chirp Version 20241129 which does not work correctly.
