Description
New-to-me IC-208H, trying to read channels programmed into radio already.
I expected the software to read the radio's memories
After selecting "read from radio" and setting the pop-up dialog to Icom, IC-208H, proper COM port, I hit OK, and software puts radio model under the progress bar, then before progress bar moving, the software complains that it can't read the radio, unexpected error encountered.
This is first try with this radio, cable is a known-good prolific chip cable from bluemax49ers that works with other Icom radio (IC-2100, for example).
I have no image file to share, due to the nature of the issue, sorry.
