CHIRP

Good day everyone.

RI have just bought a baofeng UV17R from amazon france and I was trying to program to marine frequency from the file proposed in the data base FR MARINE VHS CHANNEL.CSV.
I do copy and past to the radio data base (selecting UV17R plus, the only one that can read ).
It seems fine but when I try to send it to the radio, transmission blinks as fine but then nothing can be seen on the radio no memory channels at all) It seems that the radio do not accept those channel range as the factory setting is 144-146/430-440 Mhz.
how can we override that setting and allowing other channels (like 156.800 for marine channel 16)
