Per the IssueInstructions you indicated you read, please do NOT open duplicate issues. They do not serve to gain any more attention to the cause, but instead result in more paperwork for us (and irritate developers, which make them less likely to work on your radio).

How are you ever going to gauge the demand for a new model without allowing people to log there interest??

We're volunteers and we work on the radios we want to work on, not the ones most requested. However, as the IssueInstructions and the FAQ say, you're more than welcome to go comment on #8129 and express your support/desire for it to be supported.
