PROGRAMMING GMRS REPEATERS, CANNOT CHANGE THE DUPLEX

CLICK IN DUPLEX BOX AND CHANGE TO + OFFSET
(Describe what actually happened instead)
CLICK IN DUPLEX BOX AND CHANGE TO + OFFSET AND IT SAYS FREQUENCY OUTSIDE TX BAND MUST BE DUPLEX = OFF
(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?)
YES NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE, SAME RADIO IVE ALWAYS USED, OEM SOFTWARE HAM_240316
