Description

When I try to read the radio I get a error message

I expected the radio to download once plugged in and powerwed up.

When I have plugged the cable in and switch the power on the radio powers up but when I then try to read the radio I get the following error: Radio did not respond as expected (A)

This is a new handset which I received today. I can not get it to read with the OEM software either and have tried to use numerous cables in case the cable was the issue.
