openExport to CSV fails in Icom 7100 if no rows are selected

Description

Exporting to CSV file
(Describe what you expected to happen)
CSV file to be saved
(Describe what actually happened instead)
I get an error dialog, saying it failed. No file is created
(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?)
Not sure. First time I've used chirp in quite some time.

Dan,
Thanks. Sorry it took me a few days get it done. Hopefully the debug log
was clean enough. I had to try several times to get the login to work.
I'm happy to test anything out.

Okay, can you try the attached with LoadingTestModules ?
Please connect, let it load, then try to export to CSV, then capture and update this bug using the integrated tool How_To_Report_Issues.
