Description

I have the RB626. I can read it with the RB26 driver, but the frequencies aren't changeable. It seems the RB626 and the RB26 are similar radios, where the RB26 is the FRS version, and the RB626 is the commercial version, intended to have custom frequency support.

Can you try the attached module with LoadingTestModules ?

Also please capture an image after you download selecting RB626 and attach to this bug using Help->Report or update a bug

Thanks.

Seems to have read the readio fine. I did not try to make any changes or write the radio.

Okay, up to you if you want to take the risk (probably low) of testing upload. I can't test it myself, and of course, I can't include this in the build if it hasn't been tested.

If the radios are the same but with different band limits (a common thing) then it's probably very low risk, and Retevis has a ton of these variant model numbers that vary based on the rules.

But, up to you, just let me know if you test it and how it goes :)

Just wrote to the radio and it seems it's good.
Made a codeplug change and wrote again and seems the changes are honored.
