Description

Copy Or Cut of memorie(s) results in error

[Memory Number]: Frequency XXX.XXXXXX is out of supported range.

Real example
[150]: Frequency 146.420000 is out of supported range.

Originally found in version chirp-next-20240706
Went back and loaded earlier versions and the last version where operation worked correctly in
chirp-next-20240531

The behavior is the same in the windows installer version and the py3-none-any.whl version under linux

Sorry this took so long to get to! Thanks for testing the old versions. I have this fixed for the next release, but you can use LoadingTestModules to fix your version from the attached file in the meantime.
