Hi, I only have a "ham" H8 model to test with, but it works for me. Can you tell me which memories you're trying to change, and to what? Ideally, tell me what memories in your attached image differ in the radio. Since your radio is the GMRS variant, it's quite possible that setting something to High power in chirp won't actually be honored by the radio. In my unrestricted Ham one, I'm able to set low, med, and high and the radio honors it properly.

Also, are you maybe seeing an inversion (high=low and low=high) or something?

No inversion,And it is the same radio just went into the settings and changed it to GMRS mode. On the radio it allows me to select hi since it is still within the power limits of the bands.

Okay, I think I found a discrepancy with the GMRS driver that was choosing the wrong value for high, but the Ham one was correct. Are these switchable between ham and GMRS mode? If so, please tell me how :)

Can you try this module with LoadingTestModules ?

You need to twiddle each power level in chirp before you upload to get it to re-select the right value.

Ah, I found the magic sequence. This change seems to work in GMRS mode for me.

That reflected the power levels from the radio accurately. That works both directions.
To change the mode on the H8 you hold the PTT and the * to reset to HAM, 0 to reset to GMRS or # to reset to unlocked.
