Description
I have a baofeng dm-1701, and a bf-3r. Using Windows 7, and program used for the dm-1701 is installed, and using chirp for my BF-3R. First time newbie, and looking for assistance.

The DM-1701 is a DMR radio. CHIRP does not support DMR Radios.
CHIRP-next requires Windows 10 (64-bit) or newer. Support for classic CHIRP (which will run on Windows 7) was ended on the last day of 2022.
