Description

I purchased a batch of new Baofeng UV-82 radios.
Programmed the new radios, but noticed that when I edit the Power-On Message 1 & 2, the changes are not uploaded to the radio. After uploading the program to the radios, the Power-On Messages still have the factory "Welcome" message displayed.

This was not a problem with the first batch of UV-82 radios that I ordered and programmed about a year ago.
