Description
Cable is plugged in firmly. Device Manager reports USB Com4 is good using FTDI driver dated 7/5/2021 version 2.12.36.4. CHIRP version next-20230924 on Python 3.10.8. Cable is a genuine programming cable from BaoFeng (purchased on Amazon). OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22621.2134 on 11th Gen i5-11320H.
Multiple system restarts and radio restarts performed with same result.
