In what way? Is there an error? Where is your debug.log file?
Do you have a RadioReference Premium subscription? RadioReference requires that you to have one for this feature to work.

Also need to know what zip code you're using. RR works fine here for my zip code, but some places have bad data, so just tell us what you're entering and we can try to reproduce.
