I'd like to know if the programming software can be made better for the KSUN KSX10 radio. The software they provided does not have the other options available to change, i.e. scan, auto lock, power level etc. It only has frequency (tx & rx), ctcss/dcs codes.

I have contacted the seller and they do not offer any solution. Their software was available on-line via a link they sent me but may have been deleated to limited time. software link: https://files.fm/u/xnfr4qrgw

I did download it and I have it saved. It exceeds the 1mb limit to upload here.

The issue I am having is that the radio automatically locks the buttons, even volume, after 15 seconds and the scan feature is always activated when on channel 16. Also, when powered on, the volume is always set at max and is very loud. If this can be changed or make an option to alter via software.

I have a KSUN KSX10 radio that I will offer to have the software worked on & tested. It uses a micro USB chipped cable (not a standard micro USB charging/data cable) Look at Amazon ASIN: B09RB4PTHX.
