It is not listed as a supported model in the Supported Radio Models list on the CHIRP home page. My guess would be no. But only someone with an FTM-6000 would know for sure.

Does anyone know when Chirp with support this radio? I have been using Chirp for all my radios and just got the FTM-6000 and would like to use Chirp with it as well.
