Description
I would like to use chirp to set up my gmrs radios but I can't locate a compliant driver for Baofeng g11s,I have tried other models driver but get error messages.
Issue 2.
I have several baofeng Uv5rtp that I am able to code but the software programs the wrong ftfields withe the ctcs pl codes and all have to be hand edited. Is there a fix. I used the recommended

You should have created 2 tickets. One for each issue.
For @#1@ the G11S is not a supported radio model.
For @#2@ the code that does this was created 10 years ago. Unless Baofeng just recently made a change that made the radio incompatible with the CHIRP programming, you are probably doing something wrong. You will have to provide more details about what you are trying to do.

... and the G11S (clone of Retevis RB27) is supported already.
