Description

Hi,
I am traying to program the Retevis Radios RT22S but i am getting a message that it says "Error setting Memory: Frequency requires 12.50kHz step"

Can you please help me to understand what do I have to do to program it?

CHIRP needs to be patched. The Retevis programming software does not specify what the valid steps are so CHIRP currently uses its default steps (which does not include the 6.25 KHz or 12.50 KHz steps). I will try to take a look tomorrow to see what it will take to add them.

A patch to add the additional 6.25 and 12.5 tuning steps was submitted and accepted. Look for support in the next CHIRP daily build (which should be tomorrow).
