Description
The Midland BR200 model is used by a company I work for currently, and for some reason the BR200 software doesn't want to work with me. Can this be a possibility? I can see about acquiring a radio for testing purposes.

If the OEM software doesn't work at all, then you might have a problem with the programming cable or its driver. Check the device manager (if you're using Windows).
As for a Chirp driver: this may take a while. This is one of the myriads of 16 channel UHF devices, so with some luck Chirp might support it if you select the "Baofeng BF-888". Just a wild guess, but perhaps it works? Let us know!
