Description
The RB-15 is a compact FRS 2W radio.
The RB-615 is the 0.5W PMR European variant.
Each have their own Windows programming application. By the look of these, the radios can support duplex working.
It would be nice if CHIRP could open them up so they could be used as a super cheap simple 70cms handheld.

Under further research, I have found that the RB-615 and the RB-15 software appear identical.
At least, my PMR446 RB-615 can be read by and written to by the North American RB-15 software.

Retivis supply 'unlocked' software on request which allows these radios to operate between 400-480MHz at up to 2W.
