CHIRP daily-20201128 mac
Using BF-F8HP as suggested in #4023
but, no 'Settings' panel. Console output has:

There is a setting that is corrupt and out of range. Try switching your radio to VFO B and select a different TXP. Then download from your radio to see if it is fixed.

This is not unusual. I don't know if it happens at the factory or in shipping.
