Description

Attempting to read from my KD-C1, CHIRP displays message "Radio Identification Failed". Cable, driver, port all check out fine (cable works with WLN factory software as well as other radios). This is a C1, not a "Plus" model. Thank You.

No, "New" is correct - feedback is when we give you meaningful feedback :-)
My guess is that you have a firmware in your radio which is currently not known to Chirp; but this needs someone with KD-C1 experience to answer.
