CHIRP

Problem description: When setting operational modes in CHIRP for Baofeng BF-888s, the SCANNER option is checked while FM is unchecked, as it is described to be set in the manual, however, the options won't be transferred to the radios and as a result, the scanner feature is not working when setting the dial to Channel-16. The only solution we've found was to use the factory software, which solves the problem immediately. After downloading the freshly uploaded data settings made with CHIRP with the official software, the scanner feature is unchecked, even though it was checked in CHIRP.
