PMR channels 9-16 are missing when using

File -> Open stock config -> EU LPD and PMR Channels

The channels are loaded fine when using

File -> Open -> "C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP\stock_configs\EU LPD and PMR Channels.csv"

It looks like

• @Open stock config@ is opening files from @%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\CHIRP\stock_configs@
• The date of @%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\CHIRP\stock_configs\FR Marine VHF Channels.csv@ is 25-Jul-2015
• The missing channels 9-16 were added on 25-Oct-2016 when #4107 was resolved

The difference in file locations can be seen using:

@File -> Open stock config -> EU LPD and PMR Channels@¶

@File -> Open -> "C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP\stock_configs\EU LPD and PMR Channels.csv"@¶

@View -> Developer -> Diff tabs@¶

IMHO, it may be safer and simpler to avoid the use of @%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\CHIRP\stock_configs@ and load the stock config files from @"C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP\stock_configs\EU LPD and PMR Channels.csv"@
