Description
When I use CHIRP to program my radio I cannot alter the programming in the radio from the radio's keypad. This is an issue with the Baufeng UV-82C and the Baofeng UV-5HP. The only way I can alter the programming is to use CHIRP and hook the radio back up to the computer, it cannot be altered in the field.

Is possibly the keypad lock enabled in your radios? I believe (at least for the 82c) it's in menu 24.
