CHIRP

My radio Is the BTech UV-50 X2. I've had it about 4 days now, and have solely used chirp to program it. When I key in channel 15, the radio automatically jumps to channel 14. The first program I loaded, 14 also jumped to 15. Second program, it was fine the first time, and the second time I keyed 15, it jumped to 14 and continued to do so, but only on display A and D. Third program it did it right away on all displays. Also 14 started jumping to 15 again. 13 sometimes opens a menu function. I have not noticed any problems with other channels. I have also copied the same program for use on a Baofeng UV-82HP and have zero problems keying in channel 15 in it.
