closedYaesu VX-3R. No download from radio.

Description
Hello everybody.
Problem: Download from radio with a Yaesu VX-3R it's impossible.
Scenario: In Linux Mint 17.2 and windows 8.1 (both 64 bits) have the same symptom. In Linux even in sudo mode.
I plug my programmer cable (made it by myself and tested in several Yaesu models).
Select port /dev/ttyS0 or COM1, Brand Yaesu, Model VX-3. HT in CLONE mode.
Press [BRAND] to start download. Display shows "--TX--" and a few seconds later "ERROR".
Chirp software stays in "Cloning from radio" window, with no activity in the progress bar.
In Linux, console shows " Failed to communicate with radio: Attempting to use a port that is not open".
In windows don't show anything. But i could test with another software (FTBVX3, evaluation copy), that gave me some more information.
It says "The radio identifier expected was X'4148303238' but the identifier actually received was X'4830323800'. We cannot continue with the read process"
I'll post later the console dump on Linux ( i'm on windows now, making the last tests).
Cable it's correct, because i tried download and upload to a FT-60R without problems.
The radio had the MARS/CAP mod, but not let me change it to freeband.
Thanks in advance, and sorry my poor english. Spanish is my mother language.
I hope i could collaborate in some way to the project
