Description
Noticed that 20161112 build did not display settings; subsequently checked 20161102 build which does not exhibit issue with same file. File was downloaded from UV-5X3 2016-11-12

Apparently the radio from the factory does not have a valid value for this setting. I will be submitting a patch soon.

A patch has been submitted that deals with the out-of-range values. In the mean time use the previous daily build for the UV-5X3.
